Job Summary:
We are seeking a remote Social Media Assistant to help maintain active profiles for clients and businesses. Tasks include scheduling content, answering basic comments or DMs, and tracking simple analytics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Reply to comments or messages with approved templates
- Track likes, shares, and engagement trends
- Assist in content research and idea generation
- Follow brand voice and visual guidelines
Key Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of social platforms (e.g: IG, FB, TikTok)
- Good written communication
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Familiarity with scheduling tools
- Creative mindset is a plus
