Job Summary:
We are hiring a Chat Support Agent to handle real-time customer inquiries via live chat. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Greek and English, and able to deliver excellent support in a professional and timely manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms
- Use internal documentation to provide accurate responses
- Troubleshoot basic product or account issues
- Track and log interactions via CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members remotely to resolve complex issues
Key Skills Required:
- Fluent in Greek and English (written
- Customer service mindset
- Familiarity with chat software (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
- Typing speed and clarity
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
